MOSCOW, Jan 15 (PRIME) -- Russia’s foreign trade surplus halved on the year to U.S. $7.084 billion in November, the central bank said on Friday.
Exports fell by 16.9% to $29.802 billion, imports by 2.3% to $22.718 billion
